He was very professional, courteous and meticulous. Matthew after inspecting the home took another 2 hours+ to explain to us everything he had discovered on the property. Before and after the inspection we had questions and we contact him a few times and he provided us with the answer we needed. Needless to say we will use his company again in the near future.

After some research we decided to go with Matt for the home inspection. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with his work. He is very professional and thorough. He took time to explain everything he found, and was very patient with us. The detailed report provided was more than satisfactory. We Highly recommend Matt for your home inspection. We had a great experience with Matthew Smith with Trust home inspections! We have opened escrow on a home during the holidays and with a 7 month old baby and with everything else going on in the world is very overwhelming and stressful. We were quickly relieved and at ease after the detailed walk through and explanation of every room, light switch and nook and cranny that was carefully examined by a true professional. We feel much more confident moving into our home now that we had Matthew come out to inspect and assess our home prior to moving in.
