Highly recommend Stan and will use his services again if we purchase another property in the area. Stan was referred to us as we did not have a home inspection company contact in the Tryon area. He is wonderful. His reports are timely, detailed. He responds to emails and telephone calls. We appreciate the specific details in the home inspection report so that we know exactly what items are of concern and how to address them. Once again, Stan comes highly recommended by our family!!!

This is my third interaction with him, as we worked with him to inspect two homes for my daughter and now with a home we are buying. He has the ability to find problems which would be expensive if not repaired. He encouraged me to be present and answered questions as he went. Stan is thorough, professional and kind. His reports were detailed and had supporting pictures. If you are buying a house, I highly recommend you have Stan inspect it for you. Thank-you for being available to inspect the current home we are in the process of buying.

We greatly appreciated the thorough, comprehensive and professional job Stan Halbkat did with a home inspection and radon test for us through his business Tryon Home Inspection. In addition to providing us with an extremely detailed written report, Stan also was very willing and able by phone to answer follow-up questions we had. We would definitely recommend Stan’s services through Tryon Home Inspection to anyone in need of a home inspection and/or radon test.
