Sabedo holds a New Jersey State License for Home Inspection as well as a New Jersey State License for Radon Inspection. He offers Radon Testing as a standalone service or as an option to bundle with an inspection. Additionally, he is a member of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors), one of the most reputable home inspection training associations.

TUFF Home Inspection was excellent! 5 stars and highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional, thorough inspection. Sabedo was very thorough in the entire home inspection, and reassured us that all of the important elements would be documented and referenced in the final home inspection. Sabedo even took the initiative to document all items, as a future point of reference . From the point of our initial conversation and beyond the inspection.

Sabedo came highly recommended by both our realtor and our lawyer, so his reputation preceded him — and he did not disappoint! We were able to schedule an appointment just a few days after we called, and he came prepared with all the tools to do an incredibly thorough job. The report was so detailed (complete with tons of pictures, videos, and helpful diagrams of the recommended fixes), and made it very easy for us to understand. He even added in helpful notes / pictures of where some of the key features like gas and water shut offs / electricity panels were so these first time homeowners could easily find it later. HIGHLY recommend!!

The team was very professional and thorough throughout the home. We were also offered suggestions and advised of additional amenities through the home. Exciting! Company was very knowledgeable and were patient while inspecting details of the entire home. No rushed appointment. There’s an awesome online tool to view details of your final home inspection report so you can refer to at anytime. TUFF Home Inspections is highly recommended !!!!
