Ive used turnkey inspections services 6 times, bought 2 homes and backed out of the other 4 because the sellers failed to address the major issues in the homes that the inspectors revealed. I used Sean Tierney every single time and his wife as my realtor who I also recommend highly. They get things done and if it weren’t for them I’d be in a house that needs major repairs and would be costing me alot more money than its true value. I recommend using the home inspection services if you are looking to purchase a home, I come from a 10+ year construction background and Sean spots many faults in a home that id never see. Water intrusion, insect damage, recalls on electrical and plumbing equipment, key safety elements that you would want when purchasing a safe and sound home. The best inspector I have ever dealt with by far putting his clients best interest in mind so you dont get screwed over. I also used the guys at evergreen for septic inspections and those guys also go above and beyond for their clients.
