I have been a self-employed general contractor, specializing in high-end residential additions, kitchens and bathrooms. I have a thorough knowledge of how homes are built, and I also know how all the different parts function and work together as a whole. This level of background and experience gives me more insight into the quality of the construction of your home. While older homes cannot be held to the same code standards as new homes, I am familiar with the codes and what would make sense for your home.

It was a pleasure working with Ricky on the inspection of my first home. He was very professional and thorough. Ricky was also extremely knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Ricky for all of your home inspection needs.

Rick did an outstanding job. Very thorough, kind, and professional. This is my second home purchase and he blew my first inspector out of the water. No comparison. What I appreciate the most is the time at the end he took to explain everything over with me and explained how things work. I felt like it was money well spent and come to find out, he is a full time firefighter. Well done. I will be glad to recommend you my friends!

I was very impressed with the level this inspector went with getting to the bottom of my issue. I had them perform a septic inspection on my home and the inspector showed up early, was honest with me, and was extremely polite. I can see he valued customer service when his response was often “yes sir.” Something you don’t hear often anymore. He was helpful in directing me with what I needed to do next and who would be a good contractor to follow up with. Definitely recommend for Septic inspections. I had no idea how involved it was. 5 out of 5 stars. Thanks
