However, clients may still attend if they insist. If clients are present, I will ask to have masks worn and keep social distancing. Inside the home, I will ask that we all stay in different rooms so that I can conduct a quality inspection without concerns of close interactions. If I find significant issues during the inspection, I will show the location and explain the issue to the client as I have in the past. I will still answer all of my clients questions once we get outside.
While on-site, I will take the following steps to help maintain a sanitary environment in people’s homes:
- Wash hands during every inspection, especially after touching things like faucets and door handles.
- Bring hand towels or paper towels for drying hands.
