I had two inspections by Newt this month. The first one he waited for me and gave me specific information that made me realize that house was not for me. The second inspection I arrived before he was done but he patiently explained everything and gave me suggestions for corrections. I value his opinion and would recommend him to others.

Newt is amazing! He helped us make an informed decision with his thorough inspection of a house we were under contract to buy.
