Mr. Ralston was early to our appointment, conducted a thorough inspection of the home I was attempting to purchase, and provided a completed inspection report within 12 hours. He was very open to explaining issues spotted with the property, and answering any questions that I had. He helped me determine that the property was going to need more repairs than it seemed to at first glance, and I was able to avoid making a questionable purchase. Well worth the very reasonable inspection fee.

Jeb was very thorough with our home inspection, he went through every single room top to bottom and pointed out everything that is a problem or could potentially be a problem in the future. He was very prompt with our report, we had it within 24 hours. It was very detailed and well laid out. He is very professional and he made sure we understood everything he was talking about. He has continued to be available to us with any questions we may have throughout our process of buying our home, it doesn’t stop after the inspection which we are happy to have.
