We purchased a home as-is and wanted to have a full inspection of the house. After the inspection they walked my husband and I through the entire house and spent the time discussing their recommendations. Very thorough, efficient, had the report back to us by the end of day with detailed descriptions and pictures. The report included items that need to be done right away and items that could wait. Excellent experience!

I used UPI to do an inspection of a home I am purchasing.
