Born in Central Florida and raised in southern Missouri, Vince has been interested in buildings and architecture since childhood. That interest grew into projects around the house growing up and eventually a job with a small company doing remodels as a teenager. After that he worked in various trades in the industry learning along the way. From 2003-2011 Vince owned a small company doing construction projects big and small and building many great relationships. Following that he worked in commercial construction management. From that varied experience grew a desire to do something different and better in the industry. He felt like it was time for a change for the better and with help from friends Urbane Fix was born

Very personable, professional, easy to use and on time. Very thorough inspection, report was intuitive and useful. Video footage to show certain functions was very helpful. Would definitely refer them to a friend and use them again, thank you!

Vince and his team are awesome! Timely, efficient and extremely thorough! I never have any doubts when we use Urbane Fix! The inspections reports are very easy to see what needs to be fixed AND the report comes to you on the same day as the inspection!! They waste no time!

I’ll start off by stating this is my first time needing an inspection as it’s my first time purchasing a home. Vince was on time for the scheduled inspection and appeared professional in a labeled work vehicle and clothing. Vince was very in depth in what I assumed would be a quick “standard” inspection. He took his time and even informed me about the ‘minor’ things. Vince dressed in his “dirty clothing” and took his time with the inspection of the crawl space. The whole experience was simple and pleasant. Easy scheduling, easy payment, and easy delivery of the very detailed inspection report. In the end, I felt that the inspection was way more detailed than I had presumed it to be and it made me feel more confident in my purchase of the house. Thank you Vince for your professional work in inspecting the house and keeping me informed throughout the process!
