Jeffery conducted the inspection of a condo that I was purchasing. This was my first home purchase experience, so this was a new process to me. He was excellent and went above and beyond to ensure that I was aware of all issues, big or small. He was timely, through, friendly and clear. He took the time to explain everything in detail and produced the inspection report by the end of the day! His report was very detailed which helped me to determine additional HVAC and plumbing inspections. One of several things that really impressed me about Jeffery is that he was readily available for any questions I had after the inspection. For example, I wanted to purchase a new washer and dryer and could not get the sellers agent to respond and let me know if the dryer was gas or electric. I called Jeffery to see if he happened to know and sure enough, he did, saving me from making the wrong purchase. The end result of my inspection experience was peace of mind with my new home purchase.

He was referred to us by our realtor and we are glad we went with him. We bought our first home and he walked us through his inspection step by step. He let us know everything would be in the report but made sure to point it out as he went from room to room. We followed him around and asked many questions which he was fine with as he continued to inspect our home. His final report was very descriptive and included photos of everything he made note of. His recommendations made it easy to understand what we needed to take care of in the home and what was working properly. We felt very comfortable with his in depth inspection and would recommend him to any future home buyers who need an inspection.
