Way cheaper than anyone and very through. Even though there was nothing major wrong with the house, he showed us a lot of minor things that I would not have noticed.
I recently bought a condo in American Fork and hired Dave at Vantage Quest to run the inspection before we closed. I was so impressed at his efficiency and professionalism and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Plus, his prices were the best I could find in the area.
