From start to finish, he made the home inspection process efficient and digestible. I called Colin on a Sunday and he was able to fit me into his schedule the same week to inspect a home I was purchasing. His online portal was super easy to use for payment and details of the process as well as appointment confirmation reminders. Colin meticulously went through my home, taking pictures of everything for documentation which visually helped me understand what some of the home issues were. He took time to pause throughout the process to make sure I was aware of how to use things in the house like the steam shower, to call out some electrical issues in an adjacent shed, answered questions as needed and did a thorough review with myself and my realtor so we understood how to go back to the seller with feedback. Colin was also extremely efficient in getting back my report, categorizing things from serious to mild with the documentation of issues. Something I really value as a first-time home buyer was how Colin provided me with solutions during our verbal review of the process so I could understand how to fix or keep an eye out for potential future issues/damages in the home. I also appreciate how professional, knowledgeable, and grounded Colin is. So grateful for Vaulted Home Inspections and will absolutely be using for my next home purchase.

So we hired Colin to inspect the house. We were there and he was busy. He explained all aspects of the inspection and gave us a completed summary to address any needed repairs. He was great.

Colin was awesome! I am a first time home buyer and had a lot of questions. Colin answered everything that came up before/during the inspection, and took the time to walk me through the final report. The inspection was very thorough and detailed and I really appreciate how much time Colin put in to doing this right. I highly recommend Vaulted Home Inspections and will be using them for any future home purchases in the area!
