Rick & Don were great for our very first home inspection on our very first home! Going through this process, we had many many questions. I appreciate how every email was promptly answered, every phone call was answered (I assume they have a voicemail, but I wouldn’t know because they answered all my calls!), they promptly answered any text. As a new homeowner in this scary process, it’s nice to have people answer questions thoroughly, even if you’ve already asked them! As for the inspection itself, they were on time, and having this father son duo tag-team the job, it didn’t take as long as if it was just 1 person. They were thorough in their explanations and the report was thorough. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs an inspection.

Great experience. They were very thorough and took pictures of everything. Gave honest opinions about the house. We were referred by our realtor and I would recommend them to anyone needing a home inspection. It is absolutely worth it.

It was an excellent experience. Very thorough and detailed inspection. This was my first house, and Surprisingly not two but three guys showed up as it was a big house for the same cost!!. They all did a wonderful job and explained me all through the process. Would not even think twice if need to call for another house!! Very professional
