Veriguard Home Inspections is a very wonderful company to hire for any home inspections. Phil was very thorough and very detailed with inspecting everything in the house. As a first time home buyer, my wife and I are not very knowledgeable on what to look out for in a home inspection. Phil explained everything on what to look out for and why things may happen. He kept all of his explanations plain and simple. And if you did not understand, he will take the time to describe another way. He has a very quick turn around with completing his final report. Everything is easily accessible online with all his service he provides. Phil put our mind very much at ease with our first home purchase. We have already been recommending him to our friends who are currently looking for a home. If you are in the process of purchasing a home and at the point for the house to be inspected, we strongly recommend Veriguard Home Inspections. THANK YOU PHIL!

Me and my Wife used Phil Vitanzo from Veriguard home inspections for a home that we are purchasing in New Jersey . Our Inspection was about to start at 11 but we were early and called Phil if he can meet us earlier and he do so. He told my wife to follow around and ask questions, and he answered all her questions in detailed. He was very professional and payments were exactly as told on the phone. The website and the report after was very user friendly and anyone can easily use it. The report was very detailed and I consider high standard. The online process to address the important items is a great feature. Phils work is incredibly thorough and detailed on the inspection and think he was getting to the seller agent’s with his thorough work. I also appreciate the binder Phil provided for new home owners and my wife has used as house bible for notes and checklist. We had few unpleasant interactions with the real estate process, the home Inspection with Phil was the only positive thing and the price was well worth for such huge life time commitment. With his detailed report I was able to convince sellers to provided a credit for the repairs and fixtures. I would recommended for lifetime commitment, to pick a Home Inspection company like Veriguard Home Inspections, it will help you immensely for the this life time commitment, one thing you should not mind paying for. We highly recommend Phil, we really appreciated his honesty and kind and easy personality. Thanks, Sujan and Nisha.
