We were planning to purchase a house, and we hired this company to do the inspection. The inspector discovered some issues that the seller did not tell us about, and we managed to negotiate a lower price for the property. Thank you for saving us money!

A couple days later, from the ground I saw a discrepancy in the shingles on the roof December 2, 2020 8:15 am

I honestly have no idea how Vico Home Inspection (VHI) has so many great reviews. To start, he was over an hour late for our appointment. He went to Branson West instead of Branson Hills even though our realtor had told him earlier in the week that the house was in Branson Hills. A couple days later, from the ground I saw a discrepancy in the shingles on the roof. There is an area about 8 in x 8 in that is not normal laid shingle. I showed our contractor the area (from the ground) and he is going to get the roofing contractor out to check it. I contacted VHI and asked if he had gone on the roof and thoroughly inspected it. He stated that he had done an inspection from the ground. The roof is one of the most important components of a house, and as I saw a couple of days later, he performed an extremely substandard inspection, because if he had actually inspected the roof he would have seen the discrepancy.
