Our inspector, Josh was very thorough in his report of things to be aware of in our soon to be new home. Easy observations and explanations of what he observed. He made the decision to ask for a remedy and what we would address ourselves simpler which I believe sellers may appreciate.
Daniel recently did a commercial inspection for a client of mine. It was a SUPER hot day and he was of course dressed for the job in long sleeves and pants. Not once did he complain or act like he wanted anything but for the client to understand what was inspected, the processes he used, and areas of concern. He was a complete professional and I’d certainly recommend him again. He’s kind, explains things well, and doesn’t skip over anything through the process
I called on a Tuesday afternoon and they were at my house the following morning. Performed a radon test and the results were back by Friday afternoon. I was pleased with the price. Great service, great communication. I would recommend.
I will always advise that when you want to trade, you should seek the assistance of well-Experienced and legit trading personnel. Everything went smoothly, from setting up the appointment to receiving the report. The report itself was very thorough and easy to understand, the details accompanied by good, clear photos. Thanks, Roy, for helping make the process of buying a house a little less stressful.
He did a thorough professional inspection of our 2000 sq ft home, including roof, interior, exterior, foundation, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fireplace, insulation, garage, and appliances. He then toured the house with us to show us the issues he found, with helpful information about having them corrected. Later that day he provided us with a comprehensive 35-page report of the same information, including pictures of the specific issues. His detailed inspection, repair suggestions, and pictorial report enabled us to get many of the needed repairs done rapidly and inexpensively, without the last-minute stress of finding them out from a potential buyer’s inspection — and all of this service was at the same price we paid for our original house inspection as buyers 10 years ago! Outstanding!
