Everything went smoothly, from setting up the appointment to receiving the report. The report itself was very thorough and easy to understand, the details accompanied by good, clear photos. Thanks, Roy, for helping make the process of buying a house a little less stressful.

He did a thorough professional inspection of our 2000 sq ft home, including roof, interior, exterior, foundation, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fireplace, insulation, garage, and appliances. He then toured the house with us to show us the issues he found, with helpful information about having them corrected. Later that day he provided us with a comprehensive 35-page report of the same information, including pictures of the specific issues. His detailed inspection, repair suggestions, and pictorial report enabled us to get many of the needed repairs done rapidly and inexpensively, without the last-minute stress of finding them out from a potential buyer’s inspection — and all of this service was at the same price we paid for our original house inspection as buyers 10 years ago! Outstanding!
