James and his crew were very thorough in their inspection process and made me feel at ease with what was being done. I got a thorough report within an hour of the inspection regarding the condition of the home and was very pleased. This is the second home inspection i have purchased thru vision and was just as satisfied with the second inspection as i was the first. James Mcfadden always does a thorough job. He answers all questions knowledgeably and is available even after the initial inspection for questions and advice. Very detailed inspection report. These guys know what they’re doing. My inspector was John, and he was very knowledgeable. He let me follow him around and explained what he was doing through every step in the process. They offer great services – the price was the best I could find – very thorough and we’re leveraging what was uncovered during the home inspection to make sure the house is ready for when we come in. Excellent service.
Over the years I have had a few inspections and vision was be far the best. Great people and very good at what they do.
Missed gas leaks within our pipes as well as windows that won’t lock correctly, no mention of these on our inspection report.
