We had the pleasure of using Vitale Inspection Services today for our “potential” forever home. Dave was our Inspector today and I couldn’t write a better review. 10/10! Dave was thorough. Extremely knowledgeable. And didn’t mind me asking a thousand questions during the inspection. He made the whole process very comfortable. He let us know what fixes were minor and which ones needed to be addressed relatively soon. At the end of the inspection, he let us know what to expect in the next 24hrs, as well as; Charitable Donations, and Recommended Services that we may need down the line.

Update- I highly doubt this changed since he came out. I just found out, a few months into living in my new place, that at least three water valves, Including the main water shut off, DO NOT FUNCTION!! He should have caught this! I hope my place doesn’t flood before I get it fixed. Old review: I highly recommend Vitale! Nick was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. He went above and beyond by educating me on the specifics of certain appliances and asked the appropriate questions to guide me in my process. Beside this, he was respectful, which I don’t find with every company or inspector.

Top notch service, attention, experience and knowledge! These guys were responsive and professional from our first conversation. They are highly organized and meticulous in everything they do. It’s truly a breath of fresh air to receive this kind of personalized service! Vitale Inspection Services and our inspector, Jarred Martinez is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and friendly inspectors we’ve met. He genuinely cares about his clients and this is evident in his communications and the extremely thorough inspection report he provided on the SAME DAY as the inspection. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Highly recommend!
