We were getting a house we put and offer in for inspected before we bought it. Spent 4 hours making sure everything from our basement radon, our well water, and top to bottom inspection. He was so very kind and answered every one of our questions. So knowledgable and helpful! Thank you Mike!!

Mike Drouin, is a superlative inspector and spent 3 1/2 hours going over our currently contracted new home thoroughly. The exterior, interior and provided very detailed explanations while pointing out some needed modifications, but also suggesting protocols to keep the standard integrity of the house and all facets of the home in safe, working and perfect condition in the future. His report was expertly written in a platform that allowed for every photograph of every modification and also photos of how to correct the issue including all present day codes. This report, also included recommendations of contractors who specialize in said deficiencies for present repairs and future, if they so arise. A very pleasant experience and nothing was overlooked and great diligence applied to the entire process.
