Welcome to Widespread Property Inspections! If you are buying, selling or building a home in Southern Nevada, we are the premier property inspection company. Services we offer are residential home inspections, commercial inspections, quality control inspections, draw inspections, mold inspection/testing, manufactured home foundation certifications, thermal imaging and aerial (drone) photography!

As building inspectors for nearly two decades, our extensive experience and knowledge ensures our property inspections are thoroughly executed. We are certified, licensed and insured in multiple disciplines from the International Code Council (ICC), American Concrete Institute (ACI) , the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and State of Nevada Real Estate Division (IOS).

I was very impressed by Scott Wells at Widespread Property Inspections. He’s not only very thorough and professional, he’s also so knowledgeable and personable. You’ll instantly like him the moment you meet him, then when he starts the inspection you’ll be pleasantly surprised how quickly he notices things and points them out. He uses state of the art tools to ensure he can cover every inch he can gain access to. He’ll take a photo of anything he notes and provides them in his very detailed inspection report. You can feel confident he didn’t miss a thing! His mission is to provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision on the state of a house you’re interested in buying. I would recommend him 10 times over and hope if you read this you’ll call him today and let him help you too!

Scott is a very knowledgeable and professional inspector. He is very familiar with code requirements and extremely good at his job. I have used him to do inspections on a home I am selling and buying. He is reliable, honest and dependable. I give him the highest recommendation.
