I reached out as Brad was one of few certified inspectors in our area – he was super responsive and professional – and kind! I then did the payment and form through software with the central office. I was sent a reminder about the appt before hand. They sent our results promptly.

Received appointment reminders which I appreciated. I was able to do everything on line – sign paperwork and make payment. Brad was on time, completed a thorough inspection, answered all questions. Received our report promptly. Very painless experience!
