We work with Thom on a business level. His professionalism is outstanding to say the least.
He had a lot of insight regarding our home regarding the basement structure, the roof, windows, radon, water test, well, Hvac, trees… etc. He told us what we should look out for after we move in. He is a life long PA resident so he knows the seasons and what to look for with the weather and soil. We are new home owners in the area and he was very detailed, honest and patient. Now we know the repairs and replacements we should plan for in the future. He connected us to other professionals in the area. A great experience working with him.
