Buying a commercial building was a stressful process, but Eric gave us the confidence we needed to pull the trigger on buying our commercial building. His reports were thorough, he educated us on the buildings systems and the overall condition of what we were buying and ultimately gave us the peace of mind that we needed. He was fast with getting us a report in full detail, and worked well with both real estate agents. I highly recommend Wolff Home Inspections.

Eric is by far the best home inspector I have had ever encountered in my Real Estate Career! When it comes to referring my clients to home inspectors. He will forever be at the top of my list! All the new technology he uses is mind blowing. Eric is very honest and will educate you along the way. His report is fool proof and explains everything in great detail. Do your self a favor and schedule Wolff Home Inspections for all your future purchases! He’s the man!

I have used him for 99% of all my home inspections and would go no where else! As a busy realtor I need someone who can go into a home and do a thorough inspection looking out for my clients best interests. Eric has saved my clients thousands of dollars through his inspections. He has an eye for detail and design also a strong understanding of how a home is built and the mechanics that make up the home. Do not go anywhere else, best price and value by far! He will also become a great friend, trust Wolff Home Inspections and you won’t regret it!!
