A+ experience! Carlos was professional from our first interaction through the entire inspection experience. He was patient, affordable, timely, and most importantly thorough. Carlos answered all of our questions prior to inspection and provided us a clear understanding of what would happen on the morning of our walk through. Carlos spent several hours in the home making sure to test and retest areas of the home to check for leaks or issues. He made sure to talk to us as people and explain things about the home so that we would feel confident about the condition of a room before we left. Carlos provided a comprehensive and detailed summary report that included high quality photos and explanations which were immensely helpful when negotiating with the sellers about repairs and remediation. We would recommend Carlos to anyone seeking professional and outstanding service from a company that is invested in their clients’ best interests.

Carlos’s detail reports and attention to detail really helped us what to ask for in negations. He is honest and thoughtful. He really explains what he is doing and has your best interest. I am so happy we chose Carlos for our home inspector.

I can’t thank Carlos enough for saving us from purchasing a money pit. We knew that the house we were trying to purchase had problems and Carlos proved our fears to be correct. He performed a lengthy and thorough home inspection and followed that up with a very detailed report. He truly cares about his customers and took the time to ensure that all my questions and or concerns were addressed.
