My review is way overdue, but I wanted to post it. Better late than never. We had Chris do an inspection on a home we were purchasing in Lincoln. My daughter was living in the home, and we lived hours away. Chris was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond what was expected and pointed us in the right direction with referrals on repairs that were needed. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a complete home inspection!

Mark Zeller came into our home to do an inspection, didn’t wear a mask the whole time he was in and out of our house. Unplugged things and left them lay where he put them, moved things around and didn’t put anything back, I understand he’s doing an inspection but have some respect for others peoples homes. Also leaving different magnets and notepads on the fridge like you own the place is uncalled for.

Buyers had zeller do a inspection on my home. I understand they need to do there job but if you move something or many things then you put them back. If you unplug something you plug it back in and return items back to where you found them. And you wear your mask the entire time while you are in my home. Not just when buyer shows up. My refrigerator is not a place for you to put your advertisement. I did not hire you nor is my refrigerator yours. One business card left on the table is enough.
