Completed home inspection and reinspection when the bank required for my home purchase in 06/17. He was professional. Answered all my questions and brought things to my attention that I previously missed or thought of when I purchased a home previously. Would us him again.

Mr. Zimmerman did a horrible job of inspecting my home at the time of purchase. March 11, 2021 12:37 pm

Despite being in his scope he failed to report severe mold and wet rot on my decking and the side of the house. The deck now has to be replaced and the side of the home will have to repaired, costing over $20k! Not only would I not recommend his work but he is a creep. Word for word:

We had our home inspected before putting it on the market and he found all the problems we needed to fix. We did not want any surprises. This put our mind at ease when the sellers had their home inspection and found nothing. He was on time, professional and gave us a detailed report. Thank you!
