Termite and Sewer Inspections! Gordon came earlier than expected (10 minutes early in NM?!? Miracles never cease!!!) to do our home inspection. He was very thorough checking all the areas and systems of our soon-to-be home to ensure proper operation of everything. The Termite Inspectionwas also done simultaneously by another inspector thereby eliminating the need to schedule it on another day! Our inspection report was received the very same day. Thank you very much Zsako for your prompt courteous and professional service! I highly recommend you to every potential home buyer!!!

I could not be happier with Gordon's inspection of my new home. July 21, 2020 1:15 pm

He was very knowledgeable about both the obvious inspection items and little quirks he’s noticed in other houses. He was so helpful while walking through with me and explained everything he was seeing. It made me more comfortable and confident in the home I was getting. He didn’t have to walk me through anything but he did (and accepted my odd questions!) I highly recommend Gordon to anyone looking for an inspection. Everyone I’ve talked to about my experience who have used other services have said “I wish I’d had an inspector like that.” Really superb service.

I’m a Realtor and my buyer wanted a one-stop-shop for all the inspections he was wanting, which included a full home, sewer scope, and termite/dry rot. We were able to get all three inspections done at the exact same time. The inspectors were timely, professional, and knowledgeable. We had one hiccup. The house had an aqua therm heating system. The inspector we had was unfamiliar with that system so Zsako immediately dispatched a technician who arrived within 30 minutes and was very informative.
